Return & Refund Policy

At Moto GP Range, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must not have been washed, damaged, or altered.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Items that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

Email us at arslan@motogprange.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
